Security Clearance

Initiated only after a conditional job offer. Forms: Personnel Security Screening Form (TBS/SCT 330-23). Reliability Status takes ~4 weeks; Secret clearance ~3–6 months.

Proof of Citizenship / PR

Canadian citizens or permanent residents (unless the posting is open to others). Passport, citizenship certificate, or PR card.

You must disclose any activities, assets, or relationships that could create a real or apparent conflict of interest.
