Resumefy provides AI-assisted resume, cover letter, job search, and interview preparation tools. The platform is intended to support users in preparing application materials and related content, but final responsibility for all submitted materials remains with the user.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Some Resumefy features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan access may change over time. Paid services are processed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for reviewing the current pricing and billing details before purchase.
5. User Content
You retain responsibility for the information and documents you upload or generate using the platform. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You should review all AI-generated output before using it in applications or professional settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
7. No Employment Guarantee
Resumefy does not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, immigration outcomes, or employment results. The platform is an informational and productivity tool only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumefy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on generated content or loss of opportunities, data, or income.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features, plans, and pricing.
